David Caillier


David has been married to his lovely wife, Jennifer for 31 years and they have two children, Ryan (27) and Hannah (25). David and Jennifer are USL graduates and his children are both LSU graduates, so he likes to tell his friends that we live in a "House United not Divided." David enjoys watching all ULL, lSU and Saints games as well as playing golf, fishing and hunting. He is very active in the community as evident with his involvement in the Lafayette Beaver Club, IADC and United Way.

Minor Domangue


Minor was born and raised in Houma Louisiana. He graduated from HL Bourgeois High School in 1981 and went on to receive his BS degree in Marine Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux LA. While in college and for several years after he worked as a wildlife manager for a private oilfield barge company managing over 50 thousand acres and the plantation house as corporate hunting and fishing lodge. (3484) He moved to Lafayette in 1990 where he began his official career in the oil industry with Scurlock Oil Company buying and selling crude oil.
In 1992 Scurlock Oil, who was a subsidiary of Ashland Oil, purchased the Permian Corporation and became Scurlock Permian and Minor continued to work as a crude oil purchaser in Lafayette. Through several additional company acquisitions, the company eventually became known as Plains All American. In 2007 he was asked by Plains to manage their Gulf Coast pipeline assets as Business Development and Commercial Manager responsible for overseeing the commercial and financial aspects of the pipeline systems along the Gulf Coast from Mobile AL to Sabine Pass TX.
He married Leslie (Smart) Domangue from Houma in 1989. They have two children, a daughter and son, who are currently enrolled in college in Baton Rouge. His hobbies include doing anything outdoors and in particular, fishing and hunting.
Minor has been a member of Petroleum Club for over 20 years. Besides serving as the Treasurer, he is the membership chairman as well. “I was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors. It has been a privilege to serve on the Board with a great group of board members, and dedicated hard working staff that continue to make the Club a great place for years to come.
